Lab automation exports

Primer Architect can emit the primer manifest in formats that plug directly into common liquid-handling workflows. Find the buttons in the Primer listtab of any result, under the “LAB AUTOMATION” section.

Opentrons (.csv)

OT-2 / Flex protocol-ready CSV with one row per primer, mapped onto a 96-well source plate (A1..H12). Columns: well,name,sequence,conc_uM,volume_uL. Default concentration is 100 µM, default volume is 50 µL.

Hamilton (.csv)

Hamilton STAR / Vantage rack layout: RackId,Position,SampleId,Sequence,Volume_uL. Linear by position (1, 2, 3, …); adjust as needed for your custom rack.

Echo source plate (.csv)

Echo acoustic dispenser source map: Source Plate Name,Source Well,Sample ID,Sequence. Pair with your own destination plate map in the Echo software.

96-well plate map (.csv)

Human-friendly printable layout — rows A–H × columns 1–12 with each cell showing the primer name. Drop into Excel / Google Sheets to make a bench sheet.
